I Listen

A book about hearing, understanding, and connecting. 
     “Some sounds are wonderful!” A young child shares the many ways she likes to listen- while walking in the neighborhood, playing with other children, sharing music, hearing stories, and learning new things. Toddlers learn simple listening skills and see that listening helps them get along in their world. “I listen so I understand. When I really listen, I can join in and be part of things.”
